SportsButter regular Misty Thaler has generously donated a gorgeous Sidney Crosby jersey for auction with ALL PROCEEDS TO HELP UNDERPRIVILEGED KIDS PLAY HOCKEY. We’ll start the auction today and run it all week. Put your bids in the blog or Facebook comments. I’ll throw out the first bid: $250!

No It is not autographed, and looking into exactly what charity we are donating it to at the moment, as well inquiring about at tax receipt…information to follow

Thanks to those who supported the idea, and made bids the highest bidder was David Troute, waiting on confirmation with him. The next highest bidder was Terence L Thyr. I will be contacting the Hamilton Minor Hockey Association to inform them of the donation, once all details have been finalized
